Red Sea Salt. Mixing Blue with Pro???

Hello everyone. I have been using Red Sea Salt for a while now. I like it but the pro levels are a bit high and the blue levels are a bit low so I have an idea. What if I bought a blue bucket and a pro bucket and mixed the two together. Has anyone ever done this? Is this ok to do? The reason I ask is because I did just that and when I was about to do a water change I noticed that my saltwater looked like it had salt on the bottom of the bucket. Now when I mixed the water a few days ago it was crystal clear and I like the levels I saw when I tested. I mixed the water for just a bit over an hour, tested it, then put a lid on it. Now a few days later I am mixing it again and this time it does not seem to be clearing up like it normally does. Any thoughts? Only thing I can think of is that it is either one of two things. One they should not be mixed together or two it is starting to get cold here and maybe when the water cooled down this happened??? Anyone? Please help. Thanks.

Do it all the time. Mixed 6:1 blue to pro and would give me 8.0 dkh. Now mix it 3:1 and get 9.0.
Never had a problem with it mixing together in 2 years.

I mixed 50/50 for while when transitioning to regular blue bucket and didn't see any precipitation issues. I know the blue bucket salt can have pretty low magnesium (mine mixes in the 1100ppm range even at 35ppt) so you might possibly be driving the total magnesium low enough to be precipitating calcium carbonate. Maybe try aerating the mixture more as you stir in the salt -- and add a little at a time instead of all at once? Or possibly try testing/boosting the magnesium just a bit into the 1250ppm+ range.
