I noticed the two formulas (Red Sea Coral Pro and Red Sea Salts) have a similar ratio of elements but the Pro version is much higher in alkalinity content that the Standard Red Sea Salt. For an SPS rookie would it be more prudent to use the Standard version until I learn to stabilize my parameters consistently or would most recommend the Pro Version. The alkalinity seems like it could very easily be raised to dangerous levels in the tank with one small dosing mistake and thats a bit concerning to me.

What numbers do you get from a fresh-mixed bucket (of each if you still have both to compare)?
