Red Sea Starter Kit Reef Mature

Hello everyone. I am new to the hobby and setting up my first tank, Red Sea 350 G2+. I am using Red Sea Starter Kit Reef Mature. This is a 21-day process. The first directive was to check Alkalinity, then use the chart on the KH Coralline Gro and add the recommended dose. I want to make sure I am reading this correctly. For 75 gallons with a reading of 7.2 dkh, how many ml do I add? I want to make sure I add the correct amount. Thank you all for your help! See attached chart.

I wouldn't use it, 7.2dkh is fine and Coralline will come by itself in due time.

I am 22+ days into using the Red Sea method. I could use some advice about what to dose and how much.

Parameters:
Nitrates 27.5
Amonia between .25 and 5 (using API for this test, waiting for Hanna)
dKH 7.9
pH 8.3
Salinity 31.6
Temp 78

Any recommendations?

If you have nitrates at that level your cycle is well underway. I'd be suspicious of the API ammonia reading it's well known for false positives and between .25 and 5 is a massive difference. Your salinity is oddly specific at 31.6 but if you're measuring in PPT I'd raise that to between 34 & 35. PH is good and alkalinity fine although personally I'd raise it a little. My suggestion would be a water change of around 25% which will reduce your nitrates a bit and raise your alkalinity depending upon the salt mix you use. I don't see a reason to dose at this stage.

Okay, I've used that kit in the past and honesty it gives some bad advice.

Firstly though have you met the prerequisites?
That kit is designed for a tank that has been set up using fresh established live rock and sand.
It is not good if you have used dry rock.

You should use the Nitro Bac and Bacto Start as explained in the manual.
I would not worry about using the Coralline Gro until you add plan to add coral - it is simply an Alkalinity additive which is not required at this point.
Coralline algae will grow when it is ready, and there is nothing in that bottle that will help.

Do not use the NoPox as it a form of carbon dosing that will cause you many problems in a new tank.

Forgot to mention.

There is absolutely no need to test every day.
Of course you can if you're bored, but frequent testing does not make the tank cycle any faster.

After 21-28 days, provided the tank is showing zero Ammonia and some measurable Nitrate, the tank is cycled and you can add some CUC like a couple of snails, and one small fish.

There is no need whatsoever to test Nitrite as it is harmless in a saltwater tank.

Thanks for the advice. I did add a CUC of various snails and hermit crabs a few weeks in. I have an appointment OOT next week, and I think upon my return, I will add the fish I have had quarantined, 3 black and white ocellaris clowns, and 2 pajama cardinals. They have been doing great in my 20-gallon quarantine. Wish me luck. My greatest fear is that my lack of experience will cause the demise of one of these creatures.

u could have used turbostart jsyk
it took me less than a week to cycle my tank with that! it is a 10 gallon

I wouldn't dose anything in a tank that young. IME dosing too soon can prevent the tank from progressing naturally and settling in to a natural state which varies from tank to tank. 3 clowns may be a problem in the future. 2 or 1 usually works out better IME.
