I have a mixed reef, soft, lps and sps corals.. what is the best all round Red Sea supplement or foundation elements I should look to dose my tank with to help improve coral growth

You need to test all of your foundation elements, magnesium calcium alkalinity and then add the relevant Red Sea foundation elements A B and C individually to maintain the correct parameters your aiming for. Depending on the size of your tank you could also look at ABC+ skeletal elements

There are also the Coral Colours to maintain trace elements etc

Ph 8.2
Alk: low but working on that
Mag: 1420
Calcium:430

What about things like skeleton growth and or RED SEA REEF ENERGY type things?

Follow the recipe for Mixed Reef and you’ll be good. It works.

Tank at my LFS running Mixed Reef recipe

Last tank I had before my upgrade last year running SPS Dominant.
