Red Sea + Tunze 3155 stop working

I have a Red Sea Max E-170 and the tunze 3155 ATO that stopped working about a week ago. I added some media bags and the ATO stop filling up to the top of the indicator. I hear it working at times, but it doesn't fill it all the way up. Do I need to remove the media bags?

Any help is appreciated!

Have you tried cleaning the float / sensor?
