Red Sea Warranty

I just purchased a Red Sea Max Nano and it arrived with several scuffs to the glass and plastic.

I contacted Red Sea on Monday and on Friday I receive a new system! Which is so good!

Bit of a weird one, but has anyone had a replacement Red Sea Max Nano? Do you get the original box or a blank wholesale box - just wondering as I really liked the box art etc (I’m a bit weird like that and keep old original boxes for my MacBooks etc) the last box was pretty tatty so would be great if they usually come in the proper box.

Also do you get the equipment again if they are sending a replacement? Or just a bare tank? I’d rather be honest if equipment shows up that I didn’t need replacing.

Never dealt with RS CS, but seeing as it's the nano, I would assume they are just sending a whole new unit in the original box.
