Red Sea XL 425 Sand blowing aroud

Noob question here. Recently set up my RedSea XL425 and been playing with the return pump nozzle but no matter which direction I move it, it keeps moving the sand bed below. Any suggestions?

I fitted my Reefer XL 425 with a dual random flow nozzle. This gives you a lot more options for aiming the flow:

Can you point the nozzle at this surface of the water? If so, does it still stir up the sand? It will help with oxygenating the tank during the cycle and can prevent losses due to blooms and many other horrors that come with this hobby.

Yeah, I have tried all directions and closer to the resurface as well. Still stirring up the sand.

did you do the 25mm to 1/2in RFG or 25mm to 3/4in?
