*Update*
Received a call from local shippinng company last night to schedule a delivery from aquaculture technologies which weighs about 1200 lbs. Completely unexpected as i haven't heard anything from red sea about it being shipped..... well I'm scheduled for next wednesday.
One last note, i opted to upgrade to the 900XXL and just paid the difference in cost from a 750XXL which i felt was a fair option offered by red sea.
So it seems my 900 is coming next Wednesday.

Glad to hear you are getting a system you want. Also glad to hear you got “the call” from a shipping company. I’m in the same boat as you. My tank seam is failing and RS approved the warranty. I’m waiting for the shipping call that said they want to deliver. My understanding is they have many new systems on the way.

Last i heard from red sea was to not expect it till early 2021 as they were out of stock on the 900s... so this was a big surprise to me.

Welcome to the R2R Family…Great to have you

I for sure would call Red Sea...My experience is when working with saltwater things rarely get better the progression mostly goes from bad to worse...They Can go sour quickly

You have to give it to Red Sea to stand by their product. That’s why I bought the 525 and the 750 (no problems/no regrets/no separation). It’s unfortunately not common no more in the industry to step up like this. Lots of fun with your upgrade!

Not sure what has become of the known quality offered by Red Sea But the last year has displayed a decline in quality.
This is a manufacturer issue and Do not attempt repair until youve been notified by them.
Repair is fairly simple if needed (I can give you guidance) but tank will have to be emptied.

Sent Msg.

Welcome to the reef. With a tank that new I would be reaching out to RS quickly and seeing what they can do to help you. Probably the 100th person to tell you that. Good luck
