Red slime algae or Cyanobacteria?

I am trying to identify what type of algae I have in my tank and the cause.

It is 150 gallon tank, 30 gallon sump. The tank parameters are
pH: 8.1
Salinity: 1.026
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Phosphate: 0.04 (Hanna low phosphate tester)
Nitrate: 5 ppm
kH: 9
Calcium: 400
Magnesium: 1380

I have 2 ice caps gyre 3000 gph at a setting of 70% flow.

I cant tell exactly what it is. If it is cyano you might try a VU sterilizer.
