Ok just cleaned the entire tank. Blasted the red slime off the rocks. Dropped in the bubbler. Dosed with Chemiclean. Fingers crossed hope everything survives. Any tips from anyone?

If you are running a skimmer, remove the collection cup, and leave it running. Remember 20% water change after 48 hours of treatment. Add carbon to your filter after treatment and be prepared for your skimmer to go nutso when you replace the collection cup. You will likely need to dump it at least a few times a day for a while.

Well I don’t run a skimmer. It’s a biocube 16 so weekly 25% water changes. So far my Duncan’s and Toadstool don’t seem to be happy.

Add oxygen. I use an air stone directly in the display when using chemi clean. It looks ugly, but it’s important.
