Red slime? Not sure

Hoping someone could tell me what's going on with my pipe organ. That red stuff started growing on it a few days ago

Looks like cyano to me

If it blows off, cyanobacteria, which I think it is. Pipe Organs will die off quickly if you do not remove the Cyano.

Simple fix... chemiclean 1 scoop per 10 gal. Turn off your skimmer. Wait 48 hours. 20% water change. Cyno is gone...

Heres the trick to stop it coming back.... STOP OVER FEEDING

Also good to increase flow and try to remove some with a turkey baster. Lower light intensity or photo period also to help.

Could be over feeding but some also say with imbalance and too low nutrients or excessive light. Chemiclean can help and good luck
