Red slime on top of macroalgae??!

Does anyone know why I am getting this red slime ontop of my macroalgae and what it is? It is only growing on my macroalgae nowhere else like the sand bed or in the DT

That is cyanobacteria. Try to increase the flow in the area.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will try taking it out of the container it is in that I made with holes in it. The algae has probably grown through the holes
