Red slime

So I have this stuff all over my HOB overflow and return tube and on the roots of my mangroves but no where else. I noticed that my overflow wasn’t flowing as usual and as I started to investigate i realized it was all over. Even hairs of it shooting out of my return nozzle. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Manually remove it as you see it. Looks like cyanobacteria, but could be red slime algae.

I just opened up my return pump and it completely clogged it. I was wondering why it it wasn’t pumping hard and boom just everywhere

what is the difference between cyno and red slime? i thought it was the same thing
