Red specs spreading through tank

Hey everyone! I have these red specs roughly 3mm in size spreading through my tank. They are starting to cover all my rocks. I’ve had them for months but seems like they keep multiplying. They move if I blow them away with a pipet. Any ideas?

No, they just get blown around. No popping or disappearing

I couldn't see the video either, but the pic does look like red planaria flatworms as @Reefer Reboot suggested.
