Red sponge looking thing on torch

My God torch has red spongelooking things in its skeleton about the size of a pencil eraser, looks like tiny mountains it used to be a darker shade of yellow but in the past 3 days half of it is now turning to more of a cream color and now I’m starting to worry I’ll add a picture when I get home but I’m gona pull him out and inspect he has been fine for months now this started happening recently and nothing has changed in my tank just looking for sungestions because up until now I thought it was just sponges

Picture my bro just updated me that the torch tentacles are translucent now like cream and clear this literally happened overnight almost it will be 24 hrs from yesterday in like 6 hrs
