Red sponge?

Picked up a small piece of live rock from lfs to seed new tank with some sponges and Coralline. The rock has some pineapple sponges on it but also this red patch which I'm not sure if it's something basic red sponge or if it's a form of red coralline algae?

If it's a sponge does it prefer low light or medium/high light?
