Red Spot Blenny not taking food

hey all. running a 32.5 flex with 2 clowns , one firefish, 2 chromis, a hectors goby, and my now sick red spot hes been in the tank a month.,
as of yesterday he was the first one to come for food, soaring thru the tank, very active.
today i put food in, and right away noticed he wasnt flying around. i found him in the back corner on the sand, almost searching for food in the corner, breathing fast, moving but staying in his new area. its almost as if hes blind and cant find his way

testing:
alk -10 hanna
po4 - .08 hanna
nitrate nitrite ammonia - 0 with API

differences in tank:

1.tuesday night i started my second dose of prazipro on this tank. i am using a airstone. this is the second treatment. first treating was the tuesday before this last. did a WC and started second dose, he hadnt shown any bad affects during first dose or until today and all other fish seem to be healthy. i can tell the prazi is working, i can see the flukes now gone from the clowns.
2.added microalgae to the display you can see it in the pictures a couple weeks ago
3.i had a small algae bloom on my sandbed. either the prazi took it away or my hectors goby ate it. i heard prazi can cause dinos to release toxins, but i feel like it would affect all fish

hunches or thoughts:
1. maybe i wasnt providing enough algae for him. he doesnt eat my hair algae, he picks the rocks pretty well but i dont have any macrofauna algae left. i was giving him a piece of nori every couple of days and i mixed in algae cubes with frozen mysis everyday for the tank.
2. the algae bloom mixed with the prazi and i now have a toxin in the water|
3. stung by a bristleworm?
4. my gorgonian fell over touched my acan and released chemicals into water?
-again all other fish seem perfect.

*over a year ago i had a hawkfish that did the same thing. its almost like they went blind and can no longer find their way around tank or to locate food.

Assure no aggression from others and have a LFS that does Not use API test kits check your ammonia as API kits well known for false readings thus other fish would be affected

LRS reef frenzy nano,
pe mysis
marine cuisine
veg cubes
these are the only 4 to ever touch my water. 1 pe mysis cube recently with half a cube of veg and half a marine cuisine.

Diet not bad , but lacking meats. Although a blenny needs plenty of algae to survive, a common misconception is that it can survive on algae and algae foods alone. Since blennies frequent shallow tropical waters, they find their sanctuary within the coral reefs. They circle areas with coral branches and sponges, scraping their way along the diverse sea bottom. Their feeding techniques are to pound and gnaw the coral, and as a result, they ingest detritus, or waste material primarily, from the coral. This includes bits of coral skeleton, sand, gravel, and other organic matter, such as fish eggs and tiny crustaceans.
Since a blenny in the wild does not subsist on solely algae, it stands to reason that their captive diet must be supplemented. If a blenny is not getting enough calcium carbonate in its diet, its condition will rapidly deteriorate. Therefore, it is important to offer an occasional selection of commercial algae-based wafers or pellets.
