Red spot under scales klein butterfly

The fish has been in TTM for 9 days with 2 others. It had this slight red discoloration from the start. The other 2 fish are fine. Today I did a dose of Paraguard in case it is some sort of infection. Looks more like a bruse to me. The fish eats like a pig Should I keep dosing Paraguard or Kanaplex or both. Maybe its nothing to worry about.

While we are waiting for better pics, when I hear "butterflyfish and bruise" in the same post, I always immediately jump to Uronema. I hope I'm wrong because it is very difficult to treat. Attached is an excerpt from something I've written on this topic.

Youre on it !! I had a threadfin with similar a few years ago. I tried Maracyn but it never improved, scarring got worse until loss.
 
The go pro wont pick it up. Its so faint. I have a Copperband in QT with it would it not spread in a weeks time?
