Red spots on corals

I have noticed on few of my corals that there is this red spot with a small clear like tube growing from it and dont know that this is cause it's on the frag plugs and not on the corals also.

I can't see it well but cold be vermintide snails (Get rid of ASAP) or coco worms starting to grow but my bet is on the snails

get them out now before you end up like me and they are every where. They don't do much of anything except look bad

Can a dip in bayer kill them cause they are on my corals and irritating them I think

manual removal with tweezers is the only way I know how to get rid of them, or squash them yourself
