Hello
I am new to this hobby and would appreciate some help!
I have a 35g hexagon tank and I just noticed some red dots or spots on my GSP and 2 white worm like extending out of it. They appeared after I had my water cleared up from green algea by using a UV sterilizer. The water cleared nicely and my other Corals seem to be happy. But the gsp is closed partially and seems to have something wrong!
I have attached some pictures for reference.

Those bright orange things look kind of like flatworms. Those white things could be sponges or possibly the roots of some sort of macro algae. Hard to tell though.

So what should I do bec that coral has been closed for a week now

I wouldn't worry too much about those white things, but you might want to get some airline hosing and siphon out the flatworms. If that is in fact what they are. All in all though as long as your parameters are within reason and the other corals are happy then you'll just have to wait it out. GL.

Those red things are very hard and immobile

Vermetid just need snapped off and coral glue over.
