Red stringy things?

Bad picture but there are several of these red stringy things in my sand bed? Any ideas? Good or bad?

Is that a good thing g or bad think? Will my hawk fish eat them?

If it is spagetti worms, they are harmless. They are essentially scavengers. I am not sure if your hawk fish will eat them. They tend to grow if there's a lot of food in the tank for them.
