Red Structures on Base of Torch Coral

Hi,



I was looking around in my tank, and I noticed some little red structures growing near the base of my Torch Coral. I was wondering if these red structures could be Dragon's Breath macro algae, something completely different or just the way torch corals grow, because this is my first torch. I purchased him only about a week ago. He doesn't seem to mind it being there right now, but I know if it is a macro algae when it grows he probably won't like it to much. Yes, they are and I noticed one tiny bit seems to be fluorescent under the actinics. Here's a video, it's not very good quality but you can still see the little pink glowing bit.
