In the past two weeks 3 frags, each with one polyp, started to melt 1 after the other. All 3 frags are in different location of the tank with different height. The 1st one was high up in the tank and I thought it was getting too much light. Than 2 days later the one on the very bottom started to melt. And today the 3rd one with is partially shaded is starting to show sign of melting (it's white mouth is wide open and skirt is closed up). I have not done anything different and no other zoas or palys are melting except for the Red Wines. What is going on? This 3rd one I dipped with betadine just to see if it will help. Temperature is between 78-80 and I have 250W MH 14k.

Those are one of the tough ones. I had a 9 polyp frag about a year ago that seemed to be doing fine, then slowly withered away. I now have a 2 polyp frag I've had for over six months with no growth. Wish I had some answers for you...

i have 2 different 2 polyp frags and it appears i have 1 frag melting too. not to sure why but any other frags of these i have had also melted. they are tough to keep thriving IMO.

Do you have other corals? How long have you had them? Do you have any other water readings?

I also have 2 colonies that melt away, some come back, then melt away. All of my other colonies are doing well. Even did the Furan treatment. Sometimes things happen we can not explain.

Well at least

you don't have a pally nipping foxface with a eye for the good stuff that your daughter loves.. :( lucky for me I am mainly a sps guy
