Red worm ID

Hi Everyone,

Like to check if anyone knows what are these small red color worms? They only come out after lights off.
I suspect they should be relative harmless, just ugly.

They almost look like spaghetti worms but they have all there tubes together? Maybe @Hemmdog seen something like these?

From what i googled, spaghetti worms are beneficial.

Are there any natural predators of these Spaghetti worms? Pods population in my tank seems to dwindled after i noticed the emergence of these Spaghetti worms.

I have a feeling Spaghetti worms are having a buffet on my pods which i prefer to keep for my fishes.
