Red worm, not a bristle worm

So this morning when my lights turned on I noticed this red worm about a half inch long on my glass. It's definitively not a bristle worm, I'm thinking camallanus worm possibly. Anyone have any ideas?

does look like callamanus but aren't they freshwater parasites?

I've researched it and yes it's mostly a fw problem but can be found in sw apparently sometimes, hince why I'm asking cause it's kinda rare I belive since theirs not much talk about them being in sw.

It looks like a spaghetti worm. Harmless
