I got it from WWC but I don’t think they are able to take returns on defective equipment

WW made me contact the maker. Responded pretty fast but also really wasn't much help. I already had my ato set up like they said and pretty much nothing. Wasn't too much I could do being 600 miles away lol.

They just told me to send it to them to test... so that’s awesome. Wonder how much that’ll cost out of pocket. Geez.

Unfortuntely, this is the case with almost any products warranty...
