Reddish crust with eggs maybe? Need help

Hey guys so i bought a few arcos from a local seller he had everything in dipping solution when i bought the pieces, i got them and cut the plug tips off to better glue them on my rocks..

Well i noticed the plug well off and i decided to glue the arco right onto the rock i look under the plug where the glue was and found what ever this is encrusted into the glue looks like eggs any idea anyone ever see this

idk...to me it just looks like dinoflagellates feeding on the dead coral tissue from where it was cut and glued. Are the "eggs" hard or soft?
