Redish/brown algae on rocks

Hi I'm new to reef2reef but love all my other forums I'm on. Unfortunately they don't have a lot of saltwater fish keepers so hopefully this can be new forum for my newer saltwater tank. Now onto the algae. It is on most my rocks not all tho and is like red/brown does not come off easy and is not diatoms. Is it just red algae or macro algae is it good or bad? Thanks

Not home but if you can see I'm talking about on the that rock to the left and other rocks will get better pic soon sorry.
