Still not happy with micro bubbles. Lots better but sure is tripping my OCD. I think it just needs slimed up lol. I hope anyways I know this skimmer has a love hate relationship with many.

Pods came today. Like others say I don't think you get the advertised amount from Algae Barn but I'm happy. They looked good.

So now.... I'm not sure what ill do next I'll let everything keep cooking while I figure it out.

Day 27

Added floss to skimmer huge help.
Added firefish
Added Xenia frag
Added 2 shrooms
Feather duster
Started 30 day acclimation mode.

Installed fresh floss and some carbon
Turned down flow... I see everyone running more flow than me and I was second guessing my pump, spinstreams, and power head but I think I'm good. Water change tomorrow.

Ordered zoas, 2 Rics, and hairy shroom from Kp aquatics.

nice...there's life stock within the tank.

imo flow will depend on what you keep within the tank. shrooms and duster will do great in lowest flow possible without them fighting it. too much and they will not expand as much or in some cases just release themselves to another place

have you considered having xenia on it's own island or rockwork? Once it decide it likes it there, growth will explode. seems a little covered by shadow I take from the pic above?

Lookin good and i agree with reef-rc that tou might want that xenia on a island i had aome and it will grow and try to take over.

Well I was hoping it would eventually grow up the side of the rock. The shaded piece looks good up close. I've turned down my pump and power head. Seems like I'm getting pretty good flow.

25 % WC and new filter pads
CUC came yesterday. I did get 4 hermits hopefully they behave. I'm expecting algae any day. Also added yesterday

I didn't know the acan was coming I'll see how it does. Rics from KP aquatics are very nice for the price.
