Redness on fish in quarantine

My seneye is actually in my ich tank. If I clean it and just let it dry out for a few days should be fine? Don’t want to transport any to it that way either. not sure if tomonts attach to something like that.

Sorry, I don’t know the best way to sterilize one of those. Freshwater soak for a few hours will work for most parasites.

Just wanted to give an update. Both yellow tang and powder brown have done great after quarantine. Been in a 29 gallon for some time now while my display has been in fallow. counting down the days before they can return. Aug 31st is the big day, been fallow since June 12th. I really appreciate the help you gave me with this and hopefully I can save more fish next time something like this should happen.
