Redoing Aquascape in Mature 90Gal

Wondering if there’s a cement that will help me build something out of the rocks.

Or would I be better off moving a portion of the existing rock to the sump I have an open 15x20 space I was going to use for a refugium.

If i did that I would cure some dry rock to drill and zip tie how I want it.

Any other ideas for redoing my live rock the way I should have if I wasn’t so impatient years ago and did it right the first time.

There is a cement/putty you can use to arrange the rock you already have within the tank. Assuming you have sponges/algae/ probably coral etc growing on it, that makes rescaping difficult.

I’m in the process of the same thing and have chosen to build neat scapes and structures out of dry rock outside the tank. Then you can add the pieces slowly. Allowing them to be seeded by the live rock.

Thanks for the advice. Atm I will buy some Tonga dry rock and shelves and see what I can come up With and move some of the random places rocks down below.
