Redoing my tank and have a question

So I have a Redsea e-260 and when I added the sump I still kept the pumps that were in the AIO section to circulate water.

now I am redoing all my cabling after adding an apex I am wondering if these 2 pumps are really beneficial? Or would the combination of my return pump and apex WAV be enough?
It would be nice to remove another 2 plugs but if it’s beneficial and recommended to keep them then I will.
