Hello again,

got a question for you all. I current have in my setup x2 apex wavs currently not to blow all the sand all over the place they run between 1-3%. I just noticed that I started to get some green algae and I thought my flow was good. They were placed mid way in back pointing a bit upwards hitting some of the rocks.

I have now moved them to the sides facing each other in order not to have any no flow spots that could cause me some headaches.
I was fortunate enough to win x2 Icecap 4K gyres along with hydros wave engine. So at this point was debating if it might be worth to setup a single 4K gyre with the wave engine.

Do I have the wrong thinking here and I’m sure others have wavs that can may lbe lend a hand on placement. My profile pic should give you can idea of my aquas cape. All rocks pretty much in middle avoiding any in back and only small islands in front.

Thanks!

Evening, hope all is well

I was thinking leaving the pumps on the sides and gyre on the back, but that is a lot of power. Not sure what size your tank is.

Maybe some other will have some ideas on flow

yeah thats way to much power as is the max power on wavs I run is 4-5% but was debating the 1 gyre in hopes to cover dead spots and just move general flow.
