Redsea 425XL + UV 60w

I have 425 liter aquarium
I connected NEWA UV 60w.
the uv is connected after the chiller and back to the sump with 1000 LPH flow rate. I use it for only 6 hours per day (in the night) to avoid killing good bacteria.
do I use it properly ?
