Redsea 525xl and refugium placement

I have the old sump without the refugium compartment. I’m fine with using the 5g resovor but I’m unsure how to plum it up correctly. Some guidance on that would be great unless others are having success with other placements within the sump.

Well on a positive note I was able to get it setup. Having the entire tank hard plumbed next week. So this is temporary until then.
