Does anyone happen to know the salt to water mixing ratio for the RedSea Coral Pro salt? I quickly looked over the bucket but I don't see the measurements or ratio on there. I bought exactly enough for what I need, 55gal bucket, but I have to make two separate batches due to size of barrel.

It’s 38.2g per litre to be exact if you can convert that if your in gallons, thats to mix to a salinity of 35ppm

It’s printed on the side of the buckets in a chart for salinities etc

Hope this helps

i use a 5 gallon bucket and do 4 scoops 1/2 cup each, test it, it's usually a little low like 1.020, then add usually another half cup or so, then test again. now that i have it down, naturally i had to buy the 200 gallon box of reef crystals on black friday so i'll have to figure that one out soon

I am not sure about any of this. I use a 16 gallon muck bucket when doing water changes as I do 15 gallons at a time. Ever since switching to Red Sea Coral Pro salt it doesn't take much to bring it up to 1.024. In fact I dumped 2 5 gallon buckets in and 4 - 1/2 cup scoops and thats all it took and it was at 1.024
