Can Redsea Coraline Gro be used add to the tank via a dose pump?

I don't know about your specific question, but if you ask your LFS for some coralline you might be lucky enough to get some scraped out of their tanks. Just add it to the water column and it will grow everywhere.
I've always been skeptical about those coralline growth additives.

No, would I need to? The only reason why I ask if it can be used is, when I use it the bottle has to be shaken or just clear liquid comes out.

Depends on your dosing pump speed and timer, and the amount you want to dose. This product adds alkalinity, so keep that in mind.
