Redsea nano max

Just purchased the nano max complete from Redsea and was wandering if anyone has one and if so are they running and other media ie. matrix, carbon and gfo and where they are putting it?

I have a Red Sea 170 not quite the nano but close. I would say there is all sorts of media you can run and you’re going to hear all sorts of answers as well. Every tank is different and depending on what your Aquariums needs based on parameters/nutrient levels will depend on what you will end wanting to place as media. Hope that helps even though there isn’t one perfect answer.

When I had the old Red Sea 130.

Bought an InTank media basket and just ran the blue/white floss in the first level and ran the 100ml bags of Purigen in the midsection.
