hello, wondering if anyone experienced left and right sites you can slide it out, the front came out. not sure if it has any especial glue or anything, what can i mouth this with? it came out from the hub, i see the glass

Not sure I follow your question. The front with the grate is designed to come out for cleaning. I would not mount it permanently.
