Reducing paly population

Has any one used something like lemon juice to safely reduce the numbers of an over zealous paly population? I have some pink and yellow paly that are on a rock I can’t remove without breaking the rock formation and having to rebuild it. The population is also growing under my stereonephthya so I need to make sure killing the paly doesn’t kill the stereo. I was going to try injecting the paly one or two polyps a day until I either get rid of all of them or reduce them to tolerable amounts. Any other suggestions welcome.

Yeah I killed some captain jerk palys that were doubling every couple days. Used Red Sea aptasia-x.
