Reducing Power Jecod DCP-8000

Hi Guys

Just setup a new 365 litre system, I have a Jecod DCP-8000, I keep getting home to a half empty wier box because the pump seems to lose power, when i first setup the tank I had the pump on like 50% to maintain the water just tricking over my overflow it's now on like 60% with the gate value open the same amount, is degradation normal or is this build up or something as I seem to have to turn it up every few days to maintain my levels?

Any ideas would be appreciated!

have you cleaned it in water and whiter vinegar?

There’s nothing to clean on it, the impella looks like new but I didn’t wipe it all down anyway

Run it in 50-50 water and white vinegar for 30 min and see it that increases your flow. Impeller and magnet and inside the volute will build up a slime
