A few members have expressed interest in carpooling to the show on Sunday June 25th. We have enough people now that we don't fit in a car. If we get a few more interested we can charter a van or small bus for a reasonable price. The more people who want to go the cheaper the price will be. Please reply here if you would be interested in joining us so we can gauge interest before booking a van. We need to know ASAP so we can book the ride. CTARS members only pls.

This is a Huge show, the biggest in our area, you will regret missing it! With transportation provided you won't have to fight traffic, get lost or lose you car in the parking lot.

A 12 passenger rental van (we drive) is roughly $270 which would bring our cost per seat to $27.
If we charter a ride with only 10 people the price would be much more: like $120 - $130 per seat unless we get more people to go.

Vehicle: 14 Passenger Van
Price: $1195 Plus Gratuity for driver & Parking if required
Deposit $300 Required To Reserve
Final Balance Due Two Weeks Prior to Trip

Vehicle: 20 Passenger Minibus
Price: $1295 Plus Gratuity for driver & Parking if required
