today I stayed up late because I had a test tmrw and I looked over to my reef cuz I was curious. I turned on my flashlight on my phone and saw around 3 bristle worms (there’s probably more but I got a pink line wrasse to eat the babies) and some big looking things. What are they? They look like fruit flies of the ocean. I’m just curious. They were orange and darting around. Does anyone else have these? If u know what they are plz lemme know!!! Thx!!!

Do u guys know how it got in my tank? Also, is it beneficial for my tank?

Pods of many varieties come as hitchhikers on rock, frags, macros especially.
All tanks will most likely have them as they become established.
Pretty much all are a good thing to have, free food, actually part of your CUC as they filter and help break down fine particles.
