Placed an order with Reef Beauties yesterday, today they contacted me saying the fish I purchased are not in stock and should be in stock in the coming week with their next shipment. I asked why they were for sale if they didn't actually have them. They then mentioned that they actually have the fish I ordered in stock but are not eating and they said twice that they could send those fish without any kind of guarantee since they are not healthy. What a joke. That does not sound like the "absolute best customer service you will find among all online fish stores".
