Looking for some inspiration do any of you guys have any photos of reef bommies from out there in the wild?

Don't mind the grid I don't know what happened there , but anyway I have the perfect piece of pukani for it and some other bits and bobs for when I decide to get going on it

Here's one from Fiji:

What types of coral have you been placing in the lower light sides?
Bommies was my inspiration for the giant piece of Pukani I used on the right side of my tank. I've been mounting corals all over it including the sides.

Not much. The corals on top have grown over and effectively blocked most of the usable PAR to the right side and back side. That and I don't want to block flow to the right side because that's where my right side MP40 pushes water through. So I have a couple corals mounted on the top/back and top/right. I don't really know the type of corals, but they are acros, of a lower light variety. My "Bubba's Blueberry Wine" and "DTW Purple Chronic" are both low light and do well there. I also mounted a "BC Bubblebath Unicorn" on the right/top and it's quite shaded and not happy. It's growing slowly, but mostly green.

I think if you want a true bommie with corals on all sides, you probably need a very deep peninsula where you could view the bommie on all sides and all sides get good PAR. Or you could mount lower light stuff like Montis and Chalice on the lower light sides, but I try to keep those type of corals off my rocks.

I do like chalices I was thinking things like gorgs ,telesto or sun's too but right now I'm just hoping my current corals pull through since my tanks gone to hell
