My nieghbor is having a problem setting his reef breeder v2 lights to set up and run right. anyone have a trouble shoot for this

@Reef Breeders is on this forum occasionally. Have you tried to reach out to the help desk/service team? I love my Reef Breeder lights and found their support to be helpful. The good news/bad news is that once I get them dialed in I haven't had to mess with them so I don't remember all of the details about configuration. Good luck!
