Reef brite LED's already having problems?

I jumped on that group a few months back and got a 4ft all blue LED strip, well I just really started using it on my new setup. It was working great and yesterday the right side got really dim like moonlights. Has anyone else had this problem, I tried to contact benny but I see he has not been on for some time. Does anyone know the store info so I can get this problem taking care of.

Thanks, I got 7 puppies for sale! He is a big baby a 80lb lap dog LOL.

I got 2 Reefbrites and no problems so far. Been in use ~ 2 months.
