Looking to get member's feedback on the reefbrite LED extension kit for radions. Anyone have them? Thoughts?

These are a fairly new product and I’m guessing not many people have these yet. I was looking at these on BRS. They have potential but I would need 3 for my system. 3 would be near the cost of just adding another Ecotech light.

Looks like it would be pretty simple to make

I added 2 36 inch reef brites to my 4 radion blues and have pics posted. Camera makes it hard to tell but there is definitely more pop and less shadowing. I do think they are overpriced for the quality and may end up returning once my new LED’s show up today to replace the radions.

What will be the new light?

I wonder the same question about this since the reef brites are a good supplement for G4, For G5 I could see potential for the Pro version but for the blue, it will mostly increase the PAR in the blue spectrum (don't remember their nm).

Of course when you add them you always have the brightness and pop no matter what light I think.

It seem a good addition but I will never use them alone. Each coral have different need so I'm for more diversity of LED.

3 ReeFi’s just showed up

I'm confused, why would you add additional LED to your LED's? Most of us don't run their Radions near 100%.

To be honest just testing different things out since I have to pull the canopy off to replace all of the G5’s with a different light. Reef Brite may be LED, but I’m sold they give more of a T5 coverage with the reflectors. I only want to pull the canopy and all wiring once and hopefully not have to do it for years to come.
