Anyone ever use this cement from Michaels art and craft for diy frag plugs

Cement is going to have drastic effects on your ph. It also will contain a myriad of heavy metals depending on where it was sourced.

Portland cement is widely used for DIY rock, so that should work just fine. It will need to be cured juust like any other DIY rock due to it's very high pH. You'll almost certainly find that a bag of portland cement from HD/Lowes is much cheaper however.
