Reef Chilli VS Reef Roids

To those of you that target or broadcast feed your corals, which do you prefer? I've very recently gotten into feeding, and started with Bulk Reef Supplys Reef Chilli, but am wondering about maybe switching to Reef Roids. Please share your opinions

I also wasn't sure which was better, so I feed both at 1/2 of the recommended amount. I have a happy reef, so I can say that there's been no negative effects of using both.

I have reef chili but my coral seem to be doing great without it. I got hair algae when I used it regularly

Reef Roids, noticed some brown buildup around my drag rack caused by it..

Corals seem happy and love it

Reef roids vote here. I prefer the smaller particle of the powder and something about it made the tank wake up when introduced. Another thing to consider, try mixing it with oyster feast and it will sit like a cloud over the coral.

In the past I just fed corals whatever was on the menu for my fish but the last couple years I have been using reef roids and my corals seem to love it, I mix it with juice from defrosted brine shrimp and make a nice coral smoothie

I use them both, and also Oyster Feast, and also Reef Frenzy. I think they all work pretty well.

I've used both Reef Chili & Reef Roids but had better luck with Reef Roids

I've heard good results with benepets benereef coral food as well.

Reef Roids and after watching this my torches doubled in size in 6 weeks -

I do this but I used alittle more water. Gonna try 5ML of ReefRoids with 5Ml of water. I also sometimes throw in fish eggs

Yeah I use a 30ml syringe (ebay) and 1/2 teaspoon Reef Roids twice a week

I use the reef chili personally, but I also mix together a cocktail of reef sauce using those big bottles of kent marine micro-foods. When I can I'll get some live phyto and rots for a treat. Anytime I feed micro regardless of brand I usually get a good response from the corals.

Will need to check out 'em reef roids sometime and see what all the hype is.

The coral get special meal every Sunday eve. Roids with Oyster and Phyto Feast mixed with fresh hatched brine shrimps and a frozen cube of pods. They each get a turkey baster squirt. Tank is clear by morning

Does anyone else have the issue of reef roids collecting on top of the frag rack and creating an ugly brown film? It
Can be blown away but still ugly...:

Enough flow in the tank should free up any leftovers of reef roids. I doubt it's the food itself.

I target feed reef roids ands my corals love it (LPS and softies) I've never tried anything else so really don't have a comparison. But I think the roids are great.
